Services

Lumé GrowthIQ provides content strategy, short-form video production, social media management, advertising management, marketing automation and reporting as described in your selected plan.

Deliverable volumes — such as the number of filmed reels per month — are defined by your plan and reset each billing period.

No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee revenue, sales, customer volume, lead volume, follower growth or any specific advertising outcome. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, capacity and platform behavior.

We commit to professional execution, honest reporting and continuous improvement based on measured performance.

Billing and subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

Advertising spend is separate from your monthly service fee. Advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platform from an account you own and control.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide reasonable access for scheduled filming, timely feedback and approvals, accurate business information, and the platform access required to publish content and manage campaigns on your behalf.

Content ownership and usage

You own the final content we produce for your business. We may request permission to reference the work in our portfolio and case studies.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription for future billing periods. Work already produced or advertising already delivered in the current period is not refundable.
