Refund & Cancellation Policy

What You're Paying For

Your monthly subscription with Lumé GrowthIQ covers our services: strategy, content creation (scripting, filming, and editing), social media management, publishing, performance analysis, and — for GrowthIQ and Elite plans — advertising campaign management.

Your subscription fee does not include advertising spend. Any budget you allocate to Meta Ads is paid directly to the advertising platform and is separate from what you pay Lumé GrowthIQ. We manage and optimize that budget on your behalf, but we do not collect or hold it.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, starting on the date you sign up. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, contact us at lumegrowthiq@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.

When you cancel:

You will retain access to services through the end of your current billing period.

You will not be charged for the following month.

Any content already filmed or in production at the time of cancellation will be delivered to you.

Refunds

Because our services involve time, labor, and production work (scripting, filming, editing, campaign setup) that begins immediately after payment, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a service issue, contact us at lumegrowthiq@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case individually.

Advertising Spend

Because Meta advertising budgets are paid directly to the advertising platform and not to Lumé GrowthIQ, refunds for ad spend are subject to Meta's own policies and are outside of our control.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
